Shipping policy

We want you to receive your order in the way that is most convenient for you. At checkout, you can choose between two reliable South African shipping methods:

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
    2. Important Details for Your Choice
    • The Courier Guy (Door-to-Door):
      • Please provide a physical address where someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours (8 AM – 5 PM).
      • You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
    • PEP PAXI (Store-to-Store):
      • Find Your Store: You must specify your preferred PAXI Point code or store name in the "Order Notes" at checkout. Find your nearest point on the PAXI Store Locator.
      • Collection: You will receive an SMS with a PIN when your parcel arrives. You must bring this PIN and your ID to collect it.
      • Deadline: Parcels must be collected within 14 days of arrival, or they will be returned to us.

    3. Shipping Rates
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your chosen service.
    • PAXI Standard Bag (Up to 5kg): Starts from R59.95.
    • The Courier Guy: Rates vary by location and weight.
